Founded by three brothers with a background in industrial automation and food manufacturing, our journey began with a simple observation: too many food businesses struggle with high overheads and inconsistent quality due to their reliance on
chefs. To solve this, we built a system where flavors remain consistent and operations efficient, no matter the location or staff turnover.
The name “What The Flavors” reflects our vision: to deliver consistent, high-quality flavors that go beyond just Pani Puri, with plans to expand into other food categories soon. We achieve this using in-house pre-mixes and recipes, crafted with real, premium ingredients for a fresh and authentic taste every time.
Starting with our first cart in February 2024, we’ve quickly grown to 25+ stores across multiple cities in India within just six months—an exciting journey fueled by innovation, quality, and a passion for great food.

We are in our expansion mode, i.e. to be present in all the cities of India and all the countries across the globe. Currently present in with 25+ outlets in cities of India like Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Madurai, Sonipat, etc. and opening our first international store in Malaysia
